01

Fundamental Zero Tolerance Mandate

This policy aims to maintain and foster a dignified, high-performance work environment in which all employees, contractors, and affiliates are treated with unyielding decency, mutual dignity, and profound respect.

Concito Mind Solutions has adopted an irrevocable zero-tolerance stance toward discrimination and all forms of unlawful harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment.

Single Offense Termination Rule This zero-tolerance policy means that no form of unlawful discriminatory or harassing conduct towards any employee, client, contractor, or another person in our workplace will be tolerated. The company is committed to enforcing its policy at all levels, and any employee who engages in prohibited discrimination or harassment will be subject to discipline, up to and including immediate discharge from employment for a first offense.

This policy is equally applicable to all members, directors, and third-party vendors. The company reserves the unequivocal right to preclude such individuals from participation in or doing business with the company to the extent they engage in conduct prohibited herein.

02

Conduct Covered by this Policy

This policy applies to and prohibits all forms of illegal harassment and discrimination—not exclusively sexual harassment. Accordingly, Concito Mind Solutions strictly prohibits harassment or discrimination based on any legally protected characteristic:

Gender / Sex Age Disability / Perceived Disability Marital Status Personal Appearance Sexual Orientation Race & Color Religion & Creed National Origin / Ethnicity Veteran Status

Any adverse employment decision, disparaging remark, or hostile behavior predicated on the above criteria constitutes an actionable violation of this charter.

03

Sexual Harassment: Specific Classifications

Because confusion frequently arises concerning the exact boundary of sexual harassment, it demands heightened transparency. Sexual harassment encompasses, but is not limited to, the following manifestations:

A

Quid Pro Quo & Unwelcome Solicitations

Offensive and unwelcome sexual invitations—whether or not the employee ultimately submits to the invitation—and specifically whenever a spoken or implied quid pro quo for sexual favors is linked to employment status, promotion, wage increment, or continued tenure.

B

Graphic Verbal & Digital Conveyance

Offensive and unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, including sexually graphic comments; derogatory remarks transmitted via corporate e-mail, Slack, WhatsApp, or any other messaging utility; suggestive imagery or graphics displayed in company physical environments or accessed via company internet; and the exhibition of suggestive items.

C

Non-Consensual Physical Contact

Offensive and unwelcome physical contact of a sexual nature, including deliberate touching of another person’s body, gestures of intimate imposition, inappropriate display of one’s own body, or any comparable physical violation.

04

Computer Messaging and Information Systems

Digital channels can inadvertently amplify harassment risks. The company institutes uncompromising rules governing technology infrastructure, remote systems, and corporate communications:

Electronic Liability

The use of corporate email, voice mail, instant messengers, or internet networks for transmitting degrading "humor", derogatory memes, or sexually suggestive material gives rise to severe personal and corporate liability.

Company Property Rights

All computers, software suites, databases, laptops, and data stored thereon remain the exclusive property of Concito Mind Solutions. There exists zero reasonable expectation of personal privacy on corporate gear.

Monitoring Authority

The company expressly retains the legal right to monitor, audit, inspect, and log all traffic across its networks, workstations, and communication software to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.

Obligation to Report Influx

Employees receiving unlawful or offensive content on company hardware have an active legal duty to preserve the evidence and report the incident directly to their manager or HR.

05

Mandatory Grievance Redressal Workflow

A transparent, fail-safe 4-step framework guaranteeing confidential, impartial investigation and immediate protective measures.

1

Immediate Report Lodging

Stage 1

Any employee who experiences or witnesses misconduct must report it without delay to their immediate supervisor. If the supervisor is the subject of the complaint or conflict exists, the report must immediately be elevated to the HR Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or the President.

2

Prompt & Impartial Investigation

Stage 2

Every complaint triggers an expedited, unbiased investigation. Interviews, forensic review of digital audit trails, and witness depositions take place under strict confidentiality to preserve personal safety and institutional integrity.

3

Outcome & Bilateral Disclosure

Stage 3

Both the complainant and the accused will be formally briefed on the key conclusions reached by the committee, ensuring absolute procedural fairness while respecting private personnel records.

4

Corrective Action & Termination

Final Phase

Upon substantiation of violation, the company executes prompt disciplinary orders, which may encompass mandatory sensitivity retraining, formal demotion, financial forfeiture, or immediate termination with cause.

06

Reporting Without Fear of Retaliation

A core tenet of our corporate culture is psychological safety. No employee will ever be retaliated against for reporting harassment or participating in an inquiry.

The Good-Faith Doctrine

This strict no-retaliation guarantee applies equally regardless of whether a good-faith complaint is fully substantiated or ultimately determined to be unfounded. Whistleblowers who act honestly are completely shielded from repercussions.

  • Zero Supervisory Immunity: No manager, team leader, or executive is authorized or allowed to take adverse employment action against anyone reporting unlawful acts.
  • Independent Escalation: Any employee sensing subtle retaliatory friction (e.g. ostracism, negative reviews, reduced shift allocations) is mandated to report retaliation directly to senior leadership.
